What is Supervision?
Supervision offers a space for practitioners to reflect on and explore their practice. At different times this might involve looking at specific issues that arise from work with a particular client or at more generalised issues concerning your ongoing professional development. The idea is to offer you support and challenge and to provide a framework for joint monitoring and evaluation of your work. Supervision is a requirement for BACP membership and ongoing accreditation. Professionals from other fields may choose to support their work by arranging regular supervision sessions.
How I Work
I offer supervision based on an Integrative model - working with individuals and groups of students and qualified practitioners. I also have experience of offering agency and college-based supervision.
